    Hi, Linda!

    Amber looks soooo cute with her new lioness cut - It took me a bit to get used to looking at her!  My Mom asked why I didn’t do it sooner.

    I just wanted to tell you thanks for being so kind to her and getting her in such great shape.  I agree with you, I think even she will like this better and I can already tell a difference without that long hair floating around.  Maybe I need to keep her trimmed? 

    I will keep you posted on how she is doing. Oh, and I gave out your business card to a lady at Kroger yesterday who has 4 cats!

Dear Linda,

 

I wanted to write and tell you (and Cat Daddy) that with a heavy heart I chose to send Amber to the Rainbow Bridge last Thursday.  It was her turn to go and I am so thankful for the time I spent with her this past month - even though she was sick.

 

You guys were instrumental in helping me have more time with her for the past year, and for that I thank you for loving and caring for her like she was your own.  I know she was a ‘tough’ customer and I appreciate the care that you both took in grooming her and making her look her best!

 

You are very special people to four legged friends and once again, thank you caring for my Amber!

    Our dog Georgia was cleaned by you up until a couple of months ago and we would love to have you back. We have tried two other people and she does not like them at all.     Next Thursday will work.  What time?

    You and your former groomer did a great job with Buddy.... I have tried several other options over the last few months and not been nearly as happy.  Hopefully, your new groomer will follow your path.  Please pass on any information you have on to the new groomer.  Since I've never had a dog that required grooming I may not be passing on my needs very well.

    Thanks again and we are looking forward to  getting back on a routine.
